CLARIFIES FOR Q3/97

Thantawan Industry Plc notified the clarifications as follows:
1.Revenues jumped up from Bt124.58 m in Q3/1996 to Bt165.86 m in this
period, 33.14% growth rate.
2. After the managed float of the baht, exports were US$4.29 m up
from US$3.80 m, or 12.8% up.
3. Exchange rate of the company geared 27.68% from Bt25.61 to Bt32.7
to the greenback.
