Thantawan Industry Public Co., Ltd. (THIP) would like to
declare additional information regarding to the transaction of
purchasing land and building as followings:
1. THIP is in process of negotiation with Sunflower Enterprise
Co., Ltd. (SE) to get definite conclusion of the payment
made amounting Bt. 20.50 million (Twenty Million and Five
Hundred Thousand Baht) on December 29, 1997.
2. The effect arising out of THIPs inability to purchase the
said land and building had resulted in THIPs having duty and
responsibility to move out from the currently leased and
utilized factory areas.
3. THIP expects to reach the negotiation conclusion with SE by t
his coming 3rd Quarter of this year.
