Approved the minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no.3/2543 held on Tuesday, March 1, 2000. 2. Acknowledged on taking action according to the resolutions of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, session no. 1/2543 held on Monday, February 28, 2000 which proposing for relocation of THIP's factory to Prachinburi province and shall further propose for consideration of general shareholders' meeting. 3. Approved on proposing for shareholders' consideration of entering into the cross-related transaction deal with Sunflower Enterprise Co.,Ltd.(SE). 4. Scheduled the date of convening an extraordinary meeting, no. 2/2543 on Thursday, March 30, 2000 at 10.30 a.m. at Thantawan B1 Room, Suntowers B Bldg., Floor 11th located at 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road, Lardyao, Jatujak, Bangkok. 5. Scheduled the closing date of share transferring book for checking the rights of attending the extraordinary meeting, no. 2/2543 on Tuesday, March 21, 2000 at 12:00 hrs. until the meeting shall be declared closing.
