Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and
procedures used for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-
Jor 41-2-01 which has been in forced since May 20, 1993, and according
to the announcement item 5 required the listed companies to file written
report to SET within 3 working days since any changes had happened
already.
Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. now just received a
resignation letter of the company's director and vice chairman,
Mr.Krairong Navigphol. The resignation of this position is effective
since on June 1, 2001.
