Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and
procedures used for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-
Jor 41-2-01 which has been effective since May 20, 1993, and according
to the announcement item 5 requiring the listed companies to file written
report to SET within 3 working days since any changes had occurred.
THIP had received a resignation letter of the company's director
and Marketing & Sales director, Mr.Thammachon Lemsrikiratikul. Being
effective on November 1st, 2002.
