Subject: Updating on money lending transaction to parent company
Attention: Managing Director, SET
Re : Thip's minute of extraordinary shareholders' meeting, no. 2/2002 held on
November 18th, 2002.
Referring to the above minute of extraordinary shareholders' meeting, no.
2/2002 about the approval of short term Promissory Note issued by parent company
on December 27, 2002 amounting 32.0 million Baht, this transaction had been
approved in the extraordinary meeting no. 2/2002, held on November 18, 2002.
On January 3, 2003, Thip had received partial principal repayment of 11.0
million Baht from Sunflower Co.,Ltd., which was the repayment for earlier
promissory note amounting 25.0 million Baht, hence reduced the lending outstanding
balance of 14.0 million Baht. After totalling with the loan of 32.0 million Baht,
therefore at present the total money loan to parent company is 46 million Baht.
