As Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) had held the Board
of Directors' meeting, no.5/2003 on Thursday, April 3rd, 2003 at 11.40
am. at room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit
Road, Lardyao, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as
following :
1. Approved the minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 4/2003
without any changes.
2. Approved the cross related transaction report from Financial Advisor
concerning loan for strategic shareholders, and forward the said report
for further consideration and approval by General Shareholders'
meeting, no. 1/2003 .
3. Approval of changing title of Agenda no. 8 in General Shareholders'
meeting,no.1/2003 from "Consideration of the approval of money
loan to Sunflower Co.,Ltd." to "Consider the confirmation of the
approval of money loan to Sunflower Co.,Ltd."
