Summary Report of Board of Directors' meeting, no.6/2003 on
May 13th, 2003 .
According to Thip's Summary Report of Board of Directors' meeting,
no.6/2003 on Agenda no.4 Acknowledgement of additional loan and the
replacement of 2 Promissory Notes into 1, total amount Baht 46.0 million.
Thip would like to clarify that the company has already received the
interest of the promissory note value Baht 46.0 million from Sunflower
Co.,Ltd. amounting Baht 769,315.06 on May 6th, 2003 .
