Subject: Postponing the dividend payment in 2005

As Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) had held the Board of
Directors' meeting, no.1/2005 on Wednesday, February 25th, 2005 at 10.00 p.m.
at room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road,
Lardyao, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, in which according to Agenda 4th had approved
the dividend payment to be paid on Friday May 28th 2005, however ,in order to
follow SET regulation, the dividend payment date therefore has to postpone to
be made on Tuesday May 24th , 2005.
