meeting,no.5/2005 on Wednesday,May 18th,2005 at 9.00 a.m.at room M, Floor
36,Suntowers B.Bldg.123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road,Chomphon,Jatujak,Bangkok 10900,
there were essential minutes as following :
1.Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting 4/2005
2.Approved the repayment of debt
Regarding to an approval of general shareholders' meeting 1/2005 to accept the
repayment of debt by a piece of land of L.H Leasing Co.,Ltd.It was located in
Nongki sub-district,Kabinburi district,Prajinburi province.There were 5 title
deeds which consist of followings:-
