Subject: Notification of Vice President-Accounting & Finance Division's Resignation Attention: Managing Director,SET Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and procedures used for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-Jor/Por 11-00 which been effective since October 2, 1995, and according to the announcement item 6 requiring the listed companies to file written report to SET within 3 working days since any changes had occurred. THIP had received a letter of resignation from the company's Vice President -Accounting & Finance Division by Mr.Ruengchai Triphornkanokrat which had been effective on January 31,2006. This matter will be proposed to the Board of Director's meeting to consider and assign Ms. Narissai Mahathitirat to be acting as Vice President-Accounting & Finance Division.
