Subject: Notification for Procrastination of Director's Resignation
Attention: Managing Director, SET
According to THIP's letter No.THIP-SET 037/2548 for resignation of the
Director, Mr.Viroon Powlinjong which had been effective on December 31,
2005.
Consequently, Mr.Viroon Powlinjong still has to perform necessary
management's tasks in addition there is inappropriate person can be
substituted to his position, the company would like to postpone his
resignation to be effective on January 31, 2006. This matter will be
proposed to the Board of Directors' meeting to reconsider.
Please be informed accordingly.
