Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) would like to disclose the business performance of the year 2005. The company's net profit year 2005 was 93.12 million while the company's net loss year 2004 was 13 million bath then there was a variation more than 20 percentage which is necessary to declare as follows:- 1.As recorded 40 million baht as doubtful account from parent company at ending of the year 2004, the value of debt had been covered up at the same value through transferring a plot of land on 20 May 2005 according to the resolution of General Shareholder's meeting no.1/2005 on 25 April 2005 which reflect an increase in revenue 40 million baht 2.Sale revenue in 2005 was 802.86 million baht while at the same period of time in 2004 was 798.49 million baht therefore there were 4.37 million baht increase or 0.55%. Cost of sales in 2005 was 618.20 or 77% of sales revenue there were 27.70 million baht decrease or 4.29% while at the same period of time in 2004 was 615.90 or 80.89% of sales revenue as a result of price adjustment, wages and cost control.
