Filing of Reviewed Financial Statement Q1/2008

Enclosures : Reviewed Financial Statements and the Auditor's Review Report for the 1st Quarter of 2008 and 2007 The Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2008 of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited,held on 12th May 2008, had approved the reviewed financial statements for the three-month period ended 31st March 2008. The Company reported net loss of Baht 3.88 million which was decreased by Baht 9.76 million from the same period last year. The difference was more than 20% thus the Company would like to clarify the major causes as follows:- 1. Impact of Baht appreciation 3.19 baht or 9.02 % against USD comparing to the same period last year. 2. Cost of goods sold increased by 10.91 million baht or 6.78 % from the same period last year due to increasing of raw materials price and energy cost. 3.
