Enclosures : Thantawan Industry PLC's Audited Financial Statements Year 2008
Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited's Board of Director had considered
the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008. The
company's net profit for 2008 was reported at 10.68 million baht comparing to
36.23 million baht net profit in 2007 decreased by 25.55 million baht or
70.52% causing from below -
1. To recognize unrealized loss from Forward contract Baht 8.39 million
2. Provision for raw material stock devaluation Baht 7.67 million
3. Increase in Selling & Administrative expenses from last year Baht 9.96
million
Total Baht 26.02 million
