Filing of Reviewed Financial Statements for Q1 2009 and 2008

Reviewed Financial Statements and the Auditor's Review Report for the 1 st Enclosures : Quarter of 2009 and 2008 The Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2009 of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited which was held on May 14, 2009 had approved the Reviewed Financial Statements for three-month period ended March 31, 2009. The Company's net profit was reported at Baht 13.77 million increased by Baht 17.65 million or 454.94% from the same period last year which was recognized loss of Baht 3.88 million. As the difference was more than 20%, the Company,therefore, would like to clarify as below - 1. Decrease in Cost of Sales Baht 17.06 million due to 1.1 Resin cost, a majority material, has been dropping sharply and 1.2 Another production cost has been controlled efficiently and in line with our target. 2.
