Filing of reviewed FS for Q2 of 2009and2008

Enclosures : Reviewed Financial Statements and the Auditor's Review Report for the 2nd Quarter of 2009 and 2008 The Board of Directors Meeting No. 10/2009 of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited which was held on August 13, 2009 had approved the Reviewed Financial Statements for three-month and six-month period ended June 30, 2009. The Company's net profit for the 2nd Quarter was reported at Baht 12.24 million increased by Baht 3.59 million or 41.56% from the same period last year which was recognized profit of Baht 8.65 million. As the difference was more than 20%,the Company, therefore, would like to clarify as below - 1. Sales revenue was reduced by Baht 7.49 million or 3.06% resulting from lower selling price. 2. Decrease in Cost of Sales Baht 16.40 million or 8.23% due to 1.) Resin cost, a majority material, was down comparing to last year and 2.) another production cost has been controlled efficiently and in line with our target. Please be informed accordingly.
