Please be informed that THIP will cancel the extraordinary shareholders meeting 2/2545 on Friday April 5, 2002 and all actions according to timeframe indicated in our reference letter above. However, THIP had already reported the abovementioned issue to the extraordinary shareholders meeting 1/2545 on Monday Feb. 25, 2002. Please be informed accordingly.
