Due to, THIP had already received the loan principal repayment
amounting of 23.0 million THB with interest accounted for Feb. 1, 2002 to
Feb. 22, 2002 amounting of 207,945.21 THB., having total of 23,207,945.21
THB from Sunflower Co., Ltd. on February 22, 2002.
Please be informed that THIP will cancel the extraordinary
shareholders meeting 2/2545 on Friday April 5, 2002 and all actions
according to timeframe indicated in our reference letter above. However,
THIP had already reported the abovementioned issue to the extraordinary
shareholders meeting 1/2545 on Monday Feb. 25, 2002.
