Dividend Policy and Payments

The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 40 percent of the net profit based on the Company's separate financial statements, after deducting all types of reserves as required by the Company's Articles of Association and the law.

However, such dividend payment rate may be subject to change from the specified rate, taking into account the operating results, financial position, cash flow, working capital, debt obligations, terms and conditions as specified in loan agreements, investment plans, and business expansion of the Group, including other relevant necessities. Once the Board of Directors has resolved to approve the annual dividend payment, it shall be proposed for approval at the Shareholders' Meeting, except for the payment of interim dividends which the Board of Directors has the authority to approve. Such interim dividend payments shall be reported to the Shareholders' Meeting at its next meeting.
