Acknowledgement of company's performance for the 2nd quarter, and unanimously verified Financial Statements for 3 months and 6 months ended June 30, 2002. 3. Acknowledged the report from Audit Committees and passed the resolution for directors to follow the Audit Committee's suggestion. 4. Other matters 4.1 Loan to Parent Company The resolution to report the said transaction to SET according to Auditor and Audit Committee's suggestion. 4.2 Deposit for machine purchasing The Board of Directors requested directors to follow up the repayment closely.
