Thantawan Industries Plc (THIP) reported the actual use of proceeds
from its capital increase as follows:
1. Uses of proceeds for the first half of 1996:

2. Usage plan:
2.1 T-Straw Production Project: Presently, the company is
conducting a study on the market for the selling price both domestically
and internationally to see if the project is feasible . If the project is
found to be feasible, the company will proceed on ordering the machines
around January 1997.
