On Jan 22, 1998 Thantawan Industry Plc was resolved at the 1/1997
extraordinary shareholders meeting not to make connected transaction,
purchasing assets. On this issue shareholders respresenting 1,253,800
shares or 94.78% showed their disapproval while those representing 69,100
shares or 5.22% endorsed, which total shares of attending eligible
shareholders were 1,322,900 units.
