Referring to letter no. TP-MT/129/99 (FC179/99) dated November 25, 1999
concerning requesting on undertaking according to regulations on cross-related
transaction as had been informed accordingly.
Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) then sends its report on steps and
timeframe of undertaking according to the said SET's regulations which to be
undertaken between December 22, 1999 and February 28, 2000 for further
disclosing of the information to investors.
In this regard, THIP fully realizes of the responsibility and transparency principles
of operation and shall exercise conservatism in decision making of entering into the
transaction by concerning to benefits of the company and overall shareholders.
