"H" SIGN AGAINST THIP'S SECURITIES
The SET has halted securities trading of THIP for no longer than
one session on 2 February, 2000. Henceforth after the company informed its
board of directors' resolution concerning purchasing property from connected
person for the amount of 85 million baht to the SET but failed to send such
information by the procedures specified by the SET.
