"SP" SIGN POSTED AGAINST THIP'S SECURITIES The SET posted "H" sign on the securities of THIP for no longer than one session , on the first trading session of 2 February 2000 since THIP informed its board of directors' resolution concerning purchasing property from connected person for the amount of 85 million baht to the SET but failed to send such information by the procedures specified by the SET. However, since then the company has not been able to disclose that information to the SET. Therefore, by virtue of Clause 5(1) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, notified on 9 February 1995, the SET posted "SP" sign on THIP securities effective from the second trading session of 2 February 2000 thip/spe-thip.cw
