TP-MT/046/43 (FC044/43) 10 March 2000 Subject: Notification of Additional Information of Agenda no. 3 Attention: Managing Director, SET Referring to a letter of Thantawan Industry Public Co., Ltd. (THIP), no. TP-MT/041/44(FC042/43) dated March 8, 2000, on the subject of notification of additional information as details informed accordingly, SET has now requested THIP providing more detailed information of Agenda 3 for further disclosure. In this regard, THIP would like to notify additional information of Agenda 3) in which having the minute on proposing to shareholders' consideration of entering into cross-related transaction deal with Sunflower Enterprise Co.,Ltd. (SE). Due to the relocation of THIP's factories has to take time about 12 months moving from the present location, therefore, has to get approval from the general shareholders' meeting concerning the obligation between THIP and SE which had already entered legally in order to prevent for being claimed for damage payment incurred due to breaching of the signed agreement. In order to enable the management in proceeding with following actions, therefore, the matter should be proposed to shareholders for review and consideration: 3.1 Considering payment of damage compensation and leasing of land plot with building and vacant land plots. 3.2 Considering two copies of memorandum of agreement, dated November 25, 1999 which had entered with SE on allowing it for keeping money paid in advance for land price payment. 3.3 Considering purchasing of land plot with building and vacant land plots.
