Thaichon, holding position : Senior Vice President - Internal Audit Department, as Secretary of
Audit Committee of THIP. And the Company's Board of Director had appointed Mr. Teerachai
Siritunyanont , holding position : Assistant Vice President - Accounting / Planning & Budgeting
as replacing in position of Secretary of Audit Committee of THIP which shall be effective since
on November 1,2000.
