as following :
1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 3/2002
2. Approved the company's performance and verified Financial
Statements for the 1st quarter ended March 31, 2002.
3. Approved the report from Audit Committee
4. Other matters :
4.1 The Board had been informed about some amount of machinery
deposit repayment with 2% fine of deposit.
4.2 The Board had been informed about the establishment of
Representative Office at Peking, People Republic of China
4.3 No any other matters
