(THIP) had held the Board of Directors' meeting, no.8/2002 on Wednesday, November 13th, 2002 at 11.20 a.m. at Meeting room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road, Lardyao, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as following : 1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 7/2002 without any changes. 2. Notification of the resignation of company's director, Mr.Thammachon Lemsrikiratikul, and the appointment of Mr.Apichai Sawpitiporn to be Deputy Managing Director, being effective on November 1st, 2002. Also had been informed about the fine of machinery deposit repayment, and asked the management team to follow up the 3 installments pay back started on November, 2002. 3. Notification of company's performance for the 3rd quarter, and unanimously approved the interim Financial Statements for 9 months ended September 30, 2002. 4. Acknowledged the report from Audit Committee and passed the resolution for directors to follow the Audit Committee's suggestion. 5. No any other matters Please be informed accordingly.
