Subject: Summary Report of Board of Directors' Meeting, no.4/2003

As Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) had held the Board
of Directors' meeting, no.4/2003 on Thursday, March 13th, 2003 at 2.30
p.m. at room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit
Road, Lardyao, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as
following :
1. Approved the minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 3/2003.
2. Notified subjects :
2.1 The Board had been informed that THIP had passed the environmental
management standard ISO 9001 version 2000 and had been renewed the
certification of ISO 14001 from SGS Thailand.
3. Corrected and approved the information to be released in 56-1 form
and Annual Report for the year 2002, as discussed.
4. No any other matter.
