As Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd. (THIP) had held the Board of
Directors' meeting, no.6/2003 on Tuesday, May 13th, 2003 at 10.00 a.m. at
room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road, Lardyao,
Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as following :
1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 5/2003.
2. Approved the company's performance and verified Financial Statements for
the 1st quarter ended March 31, 2003.
3. Approved the report from Audit Committee
4. Other matters
4.1 Acknowledgement of Promissory Note 180 days from Sunflower
Co.,Ltd. amounting Baht 4 million according to resolution passed in
the Executive Board of Directors' meeting no. 5/2003 on April 30,
2003, with 10% interest rate p.a., total amount Baht 50 million which
had been approved from the general shareholders' meeting no. 1/2003.
4.2 Acknowledgement of the replacement of 2 Promissory Notes, no.
S-THIP/004/2546 and S-THIP/005/2546 amounting Baht 32 million
and Baht 14 million respectively, total of Baht 46 million which
renewing another 180 days.
