As Thantawan Industry Public Co.,Ltd.(THIP) had held the Board of Directors'Meeting, no.7/2004 on Friday, August 11th, 2004 at 10.00 a.m.at
room M, Floor 36, Suntowers B. Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road,Chomphon,
Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as following:
1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 6/2004.
2. Approved the company's performance and verified Financial Statements
for the 2nd quarter ended June 30, 2004.
3. Approved of the report of Audit Committee.
4. Postponed the election of new director in place of resigned director
5. Advice of due date payment of Sunflower Co.,Ltd.
Acknowledge of The board of director decision for not allow the
extension of payment date and nominate Inter Thai Law Co.,Ltd.to take
legal action to Sunflower Co., Ltd.
6. No any other matters.
