Subject: Providing the Additional Information on a Purchasing of Proximity
of THIP's Factory
Attention: Managing Director, SET
Regarding to Board of Director's meeting approved THIP to purchase the
proximity, pieces of land, of THIP's factory in order to make the existing area
of THIP's factory to be attached together. There are 6 pieces of land in which
a total area is 919.80 square Wa their details are as following:-
The name list of sellers
1. 1st piece of land : The number of title deed is 95335, area 100 square Wa
Miss Natpassorn Chuntanom is a possessor.
2. 2nd piece of land: The number of title deed is 94047, area 100 square Wa
Miss Natpassorn Chuntanom is a possessor.
3. 3rd piece of land: The number of title deed is 94046, area 200 square
Wa Miss Pimjai Patawong is a possessor.
4. 4th piece of land: The number of title deed is 94045, area 400 square
Wa Mrs. Pol Wutiwichaporn is a possessor.
5. 5th piece of land: The number of title deed is 4655, area 34.8 square Wa
Mr. Cha-oad Khumthanom, Mrs. Thongpian Chuntanom and
Mrs. Pol Wutiwichaporn jointly take a possession.
6. 6th piece of land: The number of title deed is 24404, area 85 square Wa
Mrs. Pol Wutiwichaporn, Mr. Cha-oad Khumthanom, Mrs. Pimjai Patawong and
Miss Natpassorn Chuntanom jointly take a possession.
Purchasing Price
Total purchasing price is 8,500,000 baht (eight million, five hundred
thousand baht). The averaged price is 9,241.13 baht per square Wa.
Taxes, Duties and Transferring of Possession Expenses
Sellers should bear all of taxes, duties and transferring of possession
expenses.
Appraisal Price by Government Office
Approximated 13,000 baht (thirteen thousand baht)/ square Wa as of June 20,2004
