Attention: Managing Director, SET
Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and procedures
used for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-Jor/Por 11-00 which
has been effective since October 2, 1995, and according to the announcement item
6 requiring the listed companies to file written report to SET within 3 working
days since any changes had occurred.
THIP had received a resignation letter from the company's director by
Mr.Pasit Assamonkol on March 3rd 2005 which had been effective on February
28th, 2005.
