Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as following :
1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no.3/2005.
2. Approved the company's performance and verified Financial Statements for
the 1st quarter ended March 31,2005.
3. Postponed the election of new director in place of resigned director
4. Approved the report from Audit Committee
