Subject: Notification of Director's Resignation
Attention: Managing Director, SET
Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and procedures used
for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-Jor/Por 11-00 which has
been effective since October 2, 1995, and according to the announcement item 6
requiring the listed companies to file written report to SET within 3 working
days since any changes had occurred.
THIP had received a letter of resignation from the company's Managing
Director by Mr.Viroon Powlinjong which had been effective on August 1, 2005.
However he remains company's Director until December 31, 2005. This matter
will be proposed to the Board of Director's meeting on Tuesday August 9, 2005
to re-consider and assign appropriated person in order to take aforementioned
job title.
