Directors' meeting, no.9/2005 on Friday, November 11,2005 at 10.00 a.m.at
room M, floor 36th,Suntowers B.Bldg. 123 Viphavadee-rangsit Road, Chomphon,
Jatujak, Bangkok 10900, there were essential minutes as following :
1. Approved minutes of Board of Directors' meeting, no. 8/2005.
2. Approved the company's performance and verified Financial Statements
for the 3rd quarter ended September 30,2005.
3. Acknowledge the report of Audit Committee and approved company's management
to proceed regarding to the suggestion of Audit Committee.
4. No any other matters.
