Subject: Notification of Director's Resignation
Attention: Managing Director,SET
Persuant to SET's announcement on criteria, conditions and procedures used
for information disclosure of listed companies No. Bor-Jor/Por 11-00 which
has been effective since October 2 1995, and according to the announcement
item 6 requiring the listed companies to file written report to SET within
3 working days since any changes had occurred.
THIP had received a letter of resignation from the company's Director by
Mr.Manop Vorajitjamnong which had been effective on February 1st,2006. This
matter will be proposed to the Board of Director's meeting and assign
appropriated person in order to take aforementioned job title.
