Attention : Managing Director, SET
According to the Board of Director's meeting no.6/2006 on Friday, August
11th, 2006 had a resolution to approve Mr. Huang Kuan-Chiun to be the
Managing Director in order to replace to Mr. Phietoon Trivijitkasem (Acting
for Mr. Viroon Powlingjong who had resigned from the company since
August 1st, 2005). This will be effective on August 15th, 2006.
