Subject: Notification of Director and Deputy Managing Director's Resignation Attention: Managing Director, SET THIP had received a letter of resignation from the company's Director and Deputy Managing Director of Accounting & Finance Division by Mr.Surajai Boontanrart. During this period THIP will assign Mr. Huang Kuan-Chiun who remain Vice Chairman & Director of company to be Deputy Managing Director - Accounting & Finance Division acting in this position. This matter will be proposed to the Board of Director's meeting to consider and assign appropriated person in order to take aforementioned job title. This will be effective on November 1st , 2006.
