(THIP) had held a general shareholders' meeting, no.10/2006 on Friday, November 10, 2006. The meeting had approved the Balance Sheet, Statements of Income and Statements of Cash Flows for the second quarter ending September 30, 2006. The company would like to indicate the changes of business performances as follow. The Company's net profit for the 3rd Quarter of 2006 was 6.66 million baht while at the same period in 2005 was 15.89 million baht, decreased 9.23 million baht or 58.08%, caused as follows: 1. Cost of Sales for the 3rd Quarter of 2006 was higher than the same period in 2005 caused by the increased of resin price 20.51% from the same period in 2005 2. Sales revenue was decreased caused by the loss on foreign exchange from the appreciation of baht to US dollar on the average at 41.13 baht/US$ during the 3rd Quarter of 2005 to 37.50 baht/US$ during the 3rd Quarter of 2006.
