THIP-SET/053/2549 December 12th, 2006 Subject : Notification for the Resolution of Board of Meeting for Investment Budget for Constructing New Factory's Building and Purchasing Machinery Attention : Director and Manager, SET Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited (THIP) are pleased to notify the resolution of Board of Direct on Meeting no.11/2509 on December 12, 2006 for the approval of 80 million baht investment budgeting for constructing new building and purchasing machinery to increase the production's efficiency and effectiveness. The Independent Director advised that THIP not only have continuity plan for machinery and human resource management and also have improvement on existing factory and machinery in order to synchronize with the new factory's building.
