Subject: Appointing the Director
Attention: Managing Director, SET
Board of Director's meeting had a resolution to approve
the appointment of directors to replace those resigned as
follow:-
1. Mr.Teerachai Siritunyanont , secretary of Audit
Committee, to be a company's director inorder to
replace Mr.Surajai Boontanrart resigned since
November 1,2006 and whose terms will be expired on
April 23, 2009.
2. Mr.Somsak Puckdeesattakul, to be a company's director
inorder to replace Mr.Viroon Paolinjong resigned since
February 1, 2006 and whose terms will be expired on
April 25, 2007.
This will be effective on February 22, 2007.
