Subject : Report the Approval of Investment Budgeting for
Renovating the Existing Factory's Building

The Board of Directors Thantawan Industry Public
Company Limited Meeting No. 3/2550 was held on Monday
March 19, 2007, there was a resolution for approval of
12,500,000 baht (twelve million, five hundred thousand
baht) for renovating of existing five buildings which more
than 20 years old, their conditions and materials were
depreciated year by year. Such renovation will build up
efficient supportive structure and new facilities for building
in order to serve the incoming high out put in the future.
