Additional Report for the Renovation of Existing Building

THIP-SET/010/2550 March 20, 2007 Subject : Report the Approval of Investment Budgeting for Renovating the Existing Factory's Building Attention : Director and Manager, SET Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited was pleased to report the resolution of the Board of Directors which held on Monday March 19, 2007. They considered and approved 12,500,000 baht (twelve million, five hundred thousand baht) investment budgeting for renovating totally five buildings consisted of existing four factory buildings and one office building from the total of nine buildings where located in the same area in Samparn District, Nakornpathom Province. The criteria and reasons behind were the conditions and materials of more than 20 years old building were depreciated year by year such renovation will build up efficient supportive structure and new facilities for building in order to serve the incoming high out put in the future. The renovation will be finished in July 2007 Hence the Company had good planning on utilization machinery and remaining building's facilities, during this operation there will be no affect to production capacity.
