Notification for the Purchasing Additinal Plot of Land

TP-SET/020/2008 February 26, 2008 Subject : Notification for the Purchasing Additional Plot of Land Attention :: The President and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand Regarding to Board of Director meeting No.1/2008 held on February 19, 2008 had approved to purchase a plot of land for expanding factory building located in Omyai Sampran Nakornpathom Province, the company would like to notify more details as follows: 1. This plot of land had 2 Rai area attached to Company's western premise located at Omyai Sampran Nakornpathom Province. 2. The purchasing price was at the standard price of land in the neighbor area which is the market price. 3. The cost of construction for building in this plot of land is under evaluation budget. 4. There was no connection of interest between Mrs.Nittaya Adulyanukosol the ownership of the plot of land to the company which comply with SET's RE : Disclosure of Information and other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Connected Transactions. 5.
