Filing of Reviewed Financial Statments for the Q2/2008

THIP-SET 120 /2008 August 8, 2008 Subject : Filing of Reviewed Financial Statements for the 2nd Quarter of 2008 and 2007 Attention : Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand. Enclosures : Reviewed Financial Statements and the Auditor's Review Report for the 2nd Quarter of 2008 and 2007 The Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2008 of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited which was held on August 8, 2008 had approved the Reviewed Financial Statements for three-month period ended June 30, 2008. The Company reported that net profit was 8.65 million Baht,increasing 6.17 million Baht from the same period last year which was amounted at 2.48 million Baht.As the difference was more than 20%, the Company would like to clarify that it was due to the increase of sales revenue. The Company's revenue was 245.08 million Baht comparing to 194.23 million Baht revenue of the same period last year. The increase of sales at 50.85 million Baht or 26.18% resulted in the increase of net profit at 248.53%. Please be informed accordingly.
