Meeting No.1/2009 on Friday January 30th, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. at meeting room
No.1 on 32nd floor,Suntowers Building A address No. 123 Vibhavadi - Rangsit
Rd. Chomphon,Chatuchak,Bangkok, the essences of meeting as follows:
1. Approved Board of Directors' minutes No. 8/2008 held on November 21 th, 2008
2. Approved Mr. Viroon Powlinjong to be Director in order to replace
Mr.Teerachai Siritunyanont ( who had resigned from the company since
October 1 st, 2007) This will be effective from January 30 th, 2009.
3. Acknowledged company planning and budgeting for year of 2009.
4. Approved investment budgeting 9,660,600 Baht for new machinery.
5. Approved investment budgeting 8,000,000 Baht for land improving land
of the factory.
6. Acknowledged resignation from the company's Director of Mr.kriangsak
Kachonnamsong which will be effective on February 1st, 2009.
