Limited's Board of Directors Meeting No.2/2009.

The Board of Directors Meeting of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited
No.2/2009 held on February 19, 2009 has resolved the following significant
matters which will be proposed to the Shareholders' Meeting for consideration
as follows:
1. To Approved Board of Directors' minutes No.1/2009 held on January 30, 2009.
2. To certify the Balance Sheets and Statement of Income for the year ended
December 31,2008 which have been considered by the Audit Committee and audited
by the Certified Public Accountant for further submission to the shareholders
for approval in the 2008 Shareholders' Annual General Meeting.
3. To certify the Evaluation of sufficiency of the Company internal audit
system.
